SHIPPING

We ship worldwide!
All orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada.

Canada and USA: allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
International: allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.

All orders comprising a cap will be processed once the caps are produced. Expected shipping: late September. We will notify you when your order is shipped.

All orders are shipped via standard mail.

PICK UP IN PERSON

If you wish to pick your order up in person, please select the Pick up option at checkout. Our customer care team will send you an email to coordinate a pick up time. Our offices are located in Montreal (Mile End district), Canada.

RETURNS

For returns, the first thing to do is email our customer care team at info@ramfamshop.com.

In the subject line, include 'Return'.
In the email, please include your order number as well as your request.

Our customer care team will follow up with you within three (3) business days.
Refunds can be requested up until 30 days from delivery of your item.

All shipping costs for returning items to us will be at the customer’s responsibility.

In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to approve or reject all return requests once we’ve received and inspected the returned products.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to accept exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order once you’ve received it and would like to change it, you may first proceed to a refund and then place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return request has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided for your initial purchase. Please note it might take a few days for the funds to appear in your account, as processing delays vary from one financial institution to another.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling an order is possible if the order has not shipped yet.
We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already shipped.

To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer care team at info@ramfamshop.com. In the subject line, include 'Cancellation'. In the email, please include your order number as well as your request.

We reserve the right to approve or reject all cancellation requests.
