With the purchase of this cap, you will also receive by email a video where Chris will explain how to perform one of his go-to magic effects. Within the effect, the spectator is instructed to mix up the cards, the cards are then laid out in the order that they have chosen, they then point to any card and the exact order of the cards as well as the card they pointed to are embroidered on the inside of the cap.

Canada and USA: allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
International: allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.

PICK UP IN PERSON
If you wish to pick your order up in person, please select the Pick up option at checkout. Our customer care team will send you an email to coordinate a pick up time. Our offices are located in Montreal (Mile End district), Canada.
For returns, the first thing to do is email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the subject line, include 'Return'.
In the email, please include your order number as well as your request.
Our customer care team will follow up with you within three (3) business days.
Refunds can be requested up until 30 days from delivery of your item.
All shipping costs for returning items to us will be at the customer’s responsibility.
In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to approve or reject all return requests once we’ve received and inspected the returned products.
We are unable to accept exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order once you’ve received it and would like to change it, you may first proceed to a refund and then place a new order.
Once your return request has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided for your initial purchase. Please note it might take a few days for the funds to appear in your account, as processing delays vary from one financial institution to another.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Cancelling an order is possible if the order has not shipped yet.
We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already shipped.
